Visitors are invited ahead, checked in with a photo and their phone, and the host is told they are here. Material and vehicles go through the gate with a pass.
What is in Vatsin VMS
Invite ahead
Hosts add expected visitors, so reception knows who is coming today.

Sign visitors in at the desk, or let them do it themselves on a tablet at reception.
Photo, ID and phone check
Take a photo, note the last four digits of an ID, and check the visitor’s phone with a code.
Host approves
The host is told on arrival and can approve before the visitor comes in.

Android and iPhone apps are on the wayComing soon
Vatsin VMS is getting its own app for Android and iPhone. Until then, everything works in the phone’s browser, and you can add it to the home screen like an app.
You choose. Set the number of days, and older visitor details are cleared.
No. VMS works on its own. Hosts are your employees, which you can add or import.
